Welcome to Blue Hill, located in Watchung, New Jersey. This property will feature a total of 230 family apartments; 1-, 2- and 3- bedrooms for very-low, low, and moderate income-qualified households. A random selection will be held on November 9th, 2026, at 10:00am for all preliminary applications received on or before 1:00pm, November 1st, 2026, after which the waiting list may be closed. There will be a preference for applicants who live and/or work in Housing Region 3 (Hunterdon, Middlesex and Somerset Counties).

NOTICE: The random selection, utilizing Randomizer.org will be conducted for the applications received by the deadline date.
